What is the Maximum Loss?

Written by Paramount Funded

The maximum total loss represents the total amount a trader can lose in their account, including both realized and unrealized (floating) losses. At Paramount Funded, the maximum allowable loss depends on the specific evaluation plan purchased.

For example:

If you purchased a plan with a maximum total loss limit of 9% and your account balance is $100,000, your total equity — including open trades — must never fall below $91,000. This rule applies at all times, even during active trades.

Violating this limit will result in the immediate termination of your evaluation or funded account.
